GDPR Privacy Addendum

HuskyVoiceAI is a product from AppEQ. Depending on your relationship with us:

• Customer (business account holder) may act as the Controller for Customer Data processed in the Services, and HuskyVoiceAI acts as a Processor.
• For Site/marketing activities (e.g., demo requests), HuskyVoiceAI may act as a Controller of business contact data.
• For Processor obligations, please refer to our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

Where GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:

• Contract: to provide the Services, support, billing, and account administration.
• Legitimate Interests: to secure and improve the Services, prevent fraud/abuse, measure performance, and communicate service-related updates.
• Consent: for certain cookies/marketing activities where required, and for optional features where consent is the appropriate basis.
• Legal Obligation: to comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and enforce agreements.

You can withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent (e.g., via cookie settings or marketing unsubscribe links).

Subject to GDPR conditions and exceptions, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion (erasure)
• Restrict processing
• Data portability
• Object to processing (including marketing)
• Not be subject to certain automated decision-making (where applicable)

Include:

• Your name and email
• Your relationship to HuskyVoiceAI (customer user / site visitor)
• A clear description of your request

We may need to verify your identity before processing the request. We generally respond within 30 days, and may extend this period where permitted due to complexity or volume (with notice). We do not charge for requests unless permitted by GDPR (e.g., manifestly unfounded or excessive requests).

This Addendum relies on the categories described in our primary Privacy Policy, including:

• Account and contact information
• Service Data (call metadata, transcripts, recordings where enabled)
• Device and usage data
• Cookie and tracking data (where permitted)

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and for legitimate business needs such as security, fraud prevention, compliance, and dispute resolution.

Upon account termination:

• Customer Data is deleted from primary systems within 60 days
• Backups are purged within 90 days
• Retention may be extended if required by law or subject to legal hold

Primary customer data hosting is India by default. Certain services (such as AI inference) may involve controlled, transient processing outside India depending on provider configuration.

Where GDPR applies and personal data is transferred internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards such as:

• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) (where applicable), and/or
• Other lawful mechanisms recognized under GDPR

We maintain reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, monitoring, and audit logging. For more information, see our Security page.

Where HuskyVoiceAI acts as a Processor, we may use sub-processors to provide the Services. Our Sub-Processor List is available at:

We may update sub-processors from time to time. Where contractually required, we provide advance notice and an objection process under the DPA.

Where HuskyVoiceAI acts as a Processor, our breach notification obligations are governed by the DPA. If we confirm an incident involving unauthorized access to Customer Data, we notify affected customers without undue delay and where feasible within 72 hours of confirmation, consistent with contractual commitments.
